I never wish them to be in and out door cat. I have small insect, fleas, ticks, or whatever that can make my cats do not feel comfortable. So i rather keep them in all the time. I provide much toys, food, water, and attention, so they don't feel bored. :wink: My cats are all strictly indoor too :) they only go out when i hold them in my arms, or going to the vet.
